If so, start taking notes – this is going to be your go-to poached egg method from here on out! The secret to making these Vortex poached eggs is right there in the name – the Instant Vortex does all of the work for you, making this an outright life hack as far as we’re concerned! (Equipment needed – Pyrex ramekins/non-stick metal pudding moulds)

Instructions
- Grease your moulds with a bit of oil or non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill the moulds about half full with boiling water, and then crack an eggs into each mould of water and place into the air frying basket.
- Select Air Fry on your Instant Vortex and set the temperature to 182°C and timing as per below the Instant Vortex (theres no need to wait for the Air Fryer to preheat).
If using pyrex ramekins: 7 minutes for runny, 8 minutes for jammy, and 10 minutes for set yolks.
If using non-stick pudding moulds: 5 minutes for runny, 6 minutes for jammy, and 7 minutes for set yolks.
