Ingredients
- 910g beef brisket (cubed)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 240ml water
- 50ml bbq sauce
Instructions
- Add beef brisket, mild smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and salt to a clean large mixing bowl. Toss until coated. Transfer meat to 12 skewers.
- Place a clean rack in the inner pot. Add water and bbq sauce to the inner pot. Set skewers on the rack.
- Pressure Cook on High for 50 minutes. When the time is up, allow for 20 minutes natural release, then carefully quick-release the rest of the pressure.
- Pre-heat Grill – medium-high heat. Grill until browned – approximately 2 minutes. Serve.
